European Villa
Aspen Constructors was pleased to complete this interior and exterior renovation of a brick clad concrete structure located on the ski run in Snowmass Village. The project entailed the installation of new exterior stone veneer, new windows and a new copper roof. Interior renovations included adding plaster walls as well as a spa, sauna, and floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Aspen Constructors created custom bathrooms throughout the residence. Exterior improvements included the addition of a new driveway with stone pavers and a new stone patio, both with customized snowmelt systems.
