Aspen Constructors was proud to complete the 3,000-square-foot renovation of the historic Independence Building in downtown Aspen, built in 1889. The renovation included a new floating glass staircase and custom millwork and cabinets throughout the entire space. Reclaimed red oak flooring was added to enhance and update the interior. In addition, the building was updated to meet current code requirements for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) and fire suppression.
