Aspen Constructors performed a complete gut & replacement of a premier penthouse property in the heart of Aspen. The building includes new 10-1/2" wide plank flamed French white oak floors, custom rift sawn white oak cabinetry & doors wrapped in Rocky Mountain Hardware, oversized 16'x12' lift and slide patio doors, Anne Sacks tile throughout the bathrooms with Carrera slabs, and pickled & oiled decorative structure steel throughout the main living room & kitchen. The home also includes a 12'x10' back lit princess white onyx wall system at the entry and living room, as well as a fully automated Savant whole house control system.
